Most gels do not but Jergen's does have a lotion out that causes hair to come in thinner and finer making it harder to see and allowing a little more time between shaving. I've used it. You have to use it every day, but it does work.

No, I don't think so but there is a lotion that if you use it after every shaving, help slow it down. I don't like it. To me it smells like Nair. Yuck!
