It's relatively easy to build a great car if you can sell it for a few hundred thousand bucks, but there is perhaps a greater art to building a great car to sell for $25,000. So, I vote for Mazda Miata or Honda Accord.

Probably the 1976 Amc Pacer. I had one once and my dad wouldn't get me a new car until I blew the Pacer up. But, I couldn't do it! I ran it without oil until it died , but my dad threw in more oil and it came back to life!

cars are as different as species of animals.

some are better on tracks, while others are better on road, and others off road.

i would say the jeep is one of the better off road vehicles,
any Lamborghini is great on tracks
and for a street car, it can vary again, vans and SUVs for families, trucks for work, sedans and coupes for singles or small families, and it depends why you want them, versatility, and taste in looks.
