if you've been on the phone for 4 hours, it's probably not a turn off, it's just a sign that maybe your ears are sore and you need to pee. get off the phone (gracefully, as someone already said - don't tell her you need to pee) and go do something that will give you something to talk about for the next 4 hour conversation :)
