You could have a bone spur. Go to a foot doctor. Also B12 may help if it is a bone spur.

You might have a heel spur. It is caused by doing a lot of walking on hard surfaces (like tile or cement) all the time. It is just a deposit of calcium that builds up but it is very painful. I suggest you go to your doctor as it will most likely not go away on its own unless you are able to stay off of your feet for a long time.

in case you landed problematical, you've chipped a bone on your heel. It takes an somewhat small volume of pressure to chip off slightly of bone from the small bones in the palms or ft. except that you've popped a tendon, or only bruised the deep muscular tissues round your heel. attempt a chilly compress, lifting/raising your foot and attempt no longer to placed pressure on you heel and ankle at the same time as walking (use crutches if the discomfort is undesirable), and strapping it with a pressure bandage. in case your foot/ankle swells, see a wellbeing care specialist If it doesnt bypass off in some days , verify consisting of your wellbeing care specialist and get an x-ray.

Well, that could be due to several causes. Did you step on anything metal (tetanus)? If you can still move your foot using ur ankle, then i doubt anything is broken. It could just be a sore muscle. Sometimes when you're on your feet for too long and have arched feet you're more prone to that pain when walking. I'd suggest to take it easy for a day or 2 and see what happens.

Sounds like a spur, sometime they will disappear on there own, I had a sister who got some sort of shot in her heel and that seemed to help.

It's most probably a spur, especially if you're someone who wears heels often. Best to have it checked out by your doctor.

It could be a sprain, a fracture, or just a bruise..but if it is not any better then I would see a doctor for exam and possible xray...waiting may cause further injury.
