2Baskets of Wild Carrots
1Baskets of Wild Parsnips
1Sheaf of Elephant Grass
1Bushel of Maize
200Rhinoceros Beetle Larve (Grubs)
2Warrior Shields of Tremites (Rounded)
4Helmets of Red Ants (Optional)
16Scorpions (To Taste)
2Handfuls of Trade Salt
24Crocodile Eggs (Beaten)
12Rhesus Monkey Tails
36Baboon Jowls
1Medium to Large Missionary (140-200 Lbs), Depending on Availability
(Half Portions of Ingredients for Smaller Entree (Below 140 Lbs.)
Place All Ingredients in Large Communal Cooking Pot and Bring to Boil Over Dried Gnu Dung Fire.
After Screaming Stops and Entree Sinks Below the Surface of The Water, Remove Half of The Gnu Dung And Continue Cooking (Stirring Slowing) Until Entree Again Surfaces.
Serves Village of 200

Well, if you are at home, have a look at what you have got in the fridge. If you have got eggs and some bread, make an omelette (two eggs are enough for one person) and eat it as a sandwich. That is a cheap, quick, nourishing and filling meal. It's better (but not essential) if the eggs are free-range and the bread is made from sourdough and the fat is olive oil. You can add a few lettuce leaves, and then you will have a complete meal.
Now, if you have some money to spend you can go to a restaurant and order a quick meal. It could be steak with some rice, or maybe chicken soup, if you are fond of soup.
Don't forget to chew well and take a light stroll after your meal so you will have a good digestion and a good sleep during the night.

You should eat some chile rellenos here's how u make it
1- Toast the poblano peppers on a skillet with no oil.
2-Take off the toasted parts.
3-shredd cheese or buy a bag of shredded cheese(any flavor)
4-stuff the poblano peppers with cheese.
5-beat about 8 eggs until foamy.
6-dip the pepper in the white flour and then the egg
7- Heat ur skillet with enough oil to fry peppers.
8-Cook and eat with rice and refried beans!!!

Here's how I make mine
1) Put 3 cups of Ice in the blender
2) 2 tablespoons of sugar
3) 4 strawberries
4) Blend on high
5) serve chilled and enjoy
