You don't, and you never will; unless you learn a very simple rule.
Saying, "I love you," is easy.
Living it is hard.
If he shows you his love in ways that you can accept as sincere proof then believe him.
If he doesn't show you his love in ways that you can accept as sincere proof, but SAYS he loves you - don't believe him.
It's really quite simple.
Actions speak louder than words!

if u fill it in your heart that he loves u and you can tell by the look in his eyes and u can tell

you look straight into his eyes when you tell him you love him and if he is looking into your eyes when he says he loves you then he means it.
