think of a food u really hate and bake it into a pie then eat it. everytime u crave pie make the same one then eventually you'll stop eating pie.

Compare the pie to something you dislike. Everytime you take a bite of the pie, thing about the person who baked it. Imagine that they didn't wash their hands and that they had extremely poor hygiene. Good Luck to you!
