Hey Justin! Pomegranate Martini is indeed a gay drink and I will tell you why. When Tom Seaver came out gay in 1972, it was known for many years before that he always ordered that drink with Orioles slugger Cal Ripken Jr. Since they both gave head to Doug Weight respectively (and handjobs to Marshall Faulk but who hasnt), that drink was always thought to make Tom Seaver want to give Cal Ripken head. So that's why Pomegranate Martini is considered a gay drink. I hope this helps!!!!!

How can something be a gay drink? Are there different drinks for everyone? Would a manager be upset if he/she was offered a drink for an executive assistant? What if a director was offered a beer on draft? Would he/she be offended? What if a secretary ordered a glass of chardonay and the bartender said, "Oh no, you have drink beer. That's what secretaries drink.
What would happen if a big, burly truck driver ordered a Shirley Temple? Would you tell him he has to have a shot and a beer?

Go figure, huh? By the way, what do you drink?

No. But, I think that a straight man drinking pink drinks, especially those in a Martini glass, in public is funny (odd, not ha-ha). Sorry!

If you like the taste, have them put it in a rocks glass or a bucket. Same drink, no unwanted connotations.

How can a drink be gay? It's an inanimate object. It can't be hetero or homo or a-sexual - heck, a drink doesn't even have reproductive organs!

If people judge you by what you're drinking, they probably aren't the kind of people you want to hang with. If you're worried about what people are thinking, you are bound to lead a life with a great deal of dissapointment since you can't please everybody.

Now pass me that apple-tini - the one with the pink umbrella!!!

Depends, were you sleeping with a man while drinking it? If not, then I can't imagine how it could be a gay drink.
