Jeez! I am sick of these teenage "does he like me" "what do I do" questions.
It is a TEMPORARY little relationship and will be meaningless when you look back on it later in life (stupid even). Get over yourself and your insecurities. All you little teenagers are afraid of each other and care WAY TOO MUCH about WHAT OTHER PEOPLE think about you. When you are a real grown-up, you care less and have REAL relationships.

No biggie, ask him out. If he says yes you're golden. If he says no you wont waste your summer dreaming of the wrong guy. You will have the summer to find the right guy!

I've had this problem when I was your age too....
Just be confident, and ask him. If he says no, it's not big deal really... you'll like some other guy sooner or later.

Well tell your friend to tell him you like him and then, ask her to see what he thinks of you, then if its not good don't admit you liked him, if it is good what he says, ask him out, hope that helps

just ask him if he has a gf (if you dont know already) and if he dont just ask if he wnats to chill alone with you and get to know and then if he says sure then while your aloen jsut ask him if he likes you in some way
