There seems to be alot of bashing of California on this website...I'm curious IF you live here, what are some things you like. If there are none, then no need to answer with more negative.

I'm not from California but I just visited southern Cali about two weeks ago and I enjoyed it very much. I loved having the mountains and beach so close together as I am from PA and that is not so much the case here. I think it was a beautiful place to visit, very rich in culture and entertainment. I can't wait until my next trip. I will definitely return!

I live in San Diego in a beautiful little canyon surrounded by a riparian habitat. We see coyotes, mountain lions and bobcats almost daily. The red-tailed hawks screech overhead and soar with the wind, it is a beautiful site. The views from every window in my home is literally stunning and we have the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets of anywhere I have ever lived. You can go from the ocean, to the desert, to the mountains all in the same day. Most of the year, the temperature is just perfect. You NEVER have to shovel snow here unless you live in the mountains. It rarely even rains. There is always something to do. We have every kind of restaurant you could imagine, so no matter what kind of food craving you have it can be satisfied. Despite the problems, California really is a wonderful place to live.

Really? Have you really noticed that much Cali bashing? I think Californians are great, especially the brown ones. We here in Oregon love that green money you bring up here with you, love having you spend it here on the weekends, love selling your pot back to you at a markup, and love when you all leave town on Monday (that's the part we love best!).

California is way cool. Legeal pot, people are nice, its beautiful here, everyone hates Bush. Well Northern California is like that, I dont know about Southern.
