I use Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins that you can find in any drugstore. I have noticed a difference!

Pre-natal vitamins. Most of the time they make hair grow A LOT faster and it can sometimes make hair thicker too. You can get them at pretty much any major grocery store or drug store. They're 100% safe and natural and hey, you're getting vitamins at the same time, so that can't be bad.

i had hair down to my bum and cut it off(bad idea)...but I used prenatel vitamins and didn't wash it w/ shampoo daily, it is about back down to my rear now ....(shampoo takes away some of the natural oils in the hair which help it grow) shampoo like 3 times a week the rest just wash with water and ALWAYS CONDITION!!!!!!!! Good luck on the long locks!

there really isn't a shampoo that can. A trick that seemed to work well for me though is when you condition your hair really massage it into the scalp. You can let it set if you want, it doesn't really matter as far as i can tell. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Getting longer is the most natural thing hair does...

the most natural:
grow it out

but i thinkthat theres a special shampoo line with conditioer and all that for having hair grow out fast.

also, keeping your hair healthy helps alot too, unhealthy hair wont grow and become brittle.

Prenatal vitamins. I took them when I was pregnant and my hair grew like a weed. I still take them now ( not pregnant ) instead of my multivitamins and it keeps my nails really strong too.

Buy hair extensions.

Buy real hair at the beauty supply and the **special** glue and just attach it to your hair, or pay to have it done.

Then you can cut and color to your hearts content.
