True being here illegally is a civil offense. However, an illegal alien who works can either:

1. Work on the books with a social security number and pay income taxes. Using another persons SSN is identity theft and a felony.

OR

2. Work off the books and not have a social security number. In which case he can not file a tax return with the IRS and tax evasion is also a felony.

It is a Felony to steal, or purchase, another persons Identity. What a person that does this is doing is destroying the American people, and their families.
I keep hearing that Illegals come here to work, and feed their families. However, they care not for the American that will be out of that job, and the American children that will go hungry as long as they can reap the benefits.
This is how the average white collar working class feels about illegal immigrants, because that is all that they have shown.

As an American I was taught that you earn what you get, and there is no other way, or you will not be accepted.
Every American I know is hard working, with families, and a corrupt government to support. Asking us to further support criminal behavior of such a maliscious type is like pulling our finger nails out, one by one.
I am all for immigration, and the growth of our nation.
But, I am not for the growth of our nation off the sweat of the American people's backs, while being taunted by criminals
So, many Americans are working to ensure that breaching our borders illegally will result in Criminal Charges, and if other offenses occur by the illegal immigrant, they can be charged with terrorism.
I don't care from what country the Illegal Immigrant comes from, the laws are the same.
Although I do agree that since Mexico is the greatest offender of our Laws, they should suffer the greatest consequinces.
America has the most lenient immigration laws in the world, other than England, but if the American people have anything to do with it, that will change.

The true question should be...How come the lousy employer that hired them are not accountable? Look at it this way the scum sucking employers that hire them and the lobbyist that control
our government are the real issue here, not the poor illegal
trying to help their family.

True, but there are plenty of citizens who are felons currently in our prison system. I would rather have an illegal worker than a citizen felon who doesn't care about his own country.

They're criminals either way. True, their immigrants like my ancestors. The difference is that my ancestors came here legally. Do it the right way or don't do it at all.
