There is no correlation between culture and soul. Soul comes is a personal matter whereas culture is a public and social matter. Changing your social customs does not change the inner core of a person.

I think that is just a phrase which is saying that the culture of Mexicans is very deep rooted. However, I believe that a culture is human made while the soul is God made. By the time, the culture of Mexicans can be changed without decreasing the value of riping their soul from their bodies.

Why do some Mexicans try to bring their culture xenophobically into this country, when this country has its own culture? We have not moved to a different place with a different culture as they have. They are ripping our culture, which belongs here, from us, not the other way around. They chose to move to a place with a different culture and we did not.
I frankly think the rhetoric in your question and my answer is over-loaded with the 'rip our soul from our bodies' bit, but to the extent someone is removing what was rightly here before, it is them, not us.

No because according to many cults/religions, in order to rip a soul from a body, one must perform some type of ritual.
Removing culture from Mexicans is just what the average populace in America does to almost all foreigners, it is just that during this time period, Mexicans are very discriminated against. Much like, how the Irish where discriminated against when they came to America because of the potato famin, and how chinese where discriminated against during WWII because of people being afraid that they where spies.

No I don't think asking a people who come here illegally to obey our laws and learn English is asking to much, that's got nothing to do with their culture. Italians learned English and they still have their culture, also the Chinese. Ever here of little Italy and china town. They didn't make a big stink about it, it's only the Mexicans that are making a big deal about it. If you don't want to be American then go home, back to the country you love it's that simple.

What we're witnessing is a culture clash, and Mexicos' not the bigger dog in this fight...over time, you'll see mexican culture gradually just be absorbed into american culture, which is itself a hodge-podge of different cultures which now divides out at its' common denominator, the Big-Box store. I imagine eventually you'll see 'made in china' stamped on things 'made in mexico', just like most other places....welcome to globalization! LOLOL

No one is trying to remove their culture. When they refuse to assimilate to the American culture while making constant demands, it is a slap in the face to Americans, especially the ones that are on their side.

No but this all started with trying to make them felons and the people that help them. Go after the people that hire them and that will fix the problem, but they won't do that. My computer monitor was made in China by the way.
