I went to the website you provided and read it. I had no idea what Shinto was until your question here. I thought it was a pretty cool religion. I myself have been looking for some sort of spiritual guidance to follow...maybe this could be it. It seems like a very peaceful practice. There aren't any restrictions like most religions...like Catholics don't use contraceptives, Jews don't eat pork, muslims have funky dresscodes. You also don't pray to one god. It seems open-minded and liberal. I like it.

Great if you are already a Budhist-- then you can DRINK BOOZE with impunity becasue its part of the Shinto Religion!

Consider TRUE Christianity too though! Better!

It's a Pagan religion. And it's AWESOME. I love the Shinto religion. :D They have the niftiest amount of talismans I've seen in Asia. ^__^

I got this friend named shinto, and he makes the best fried catfish that you ever tasted. I don't think that they got information on him, so you probably got somthin else in mind. Best catfish you ever had.
