Destroyed by man. Guns don't kill people. People kill people.

Matt.24:3,7,14,15,22,36;
This tells of the end of this world which has Satan in it from Eden.
Rev.20:1-6; He is put in the pit for the 1000 year reign of Jesus. Rev.21:1-5,9,10; all is made new. 2Pet.3:13[there will be a new heavens and a new earth];
Eph.3:21; The world of Jesus never ends, as his promise is eternity.
Rev.7:9-17; There are those that come through a great tribulation, for sure of heat.
Dan.12:1-13; The world will have trouble it never had before at the end time.
1Tim.3:1-7; Matt.10:34-38; People will be hard to deal with.
We hear of global warming, I hope man is not causing it or adding to it.
Matt.25:31-34; The angels are to separate the sheep from the goat at the time Jesus comes to reign.
1Cor.15:22; As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
It seems that all that is left pass from what was to what Jesus has:
As Moses brought the heirs through the wilderness to the Promised Land, those alive at Jesus coming enter into his kingdom, then there is the resurrection. Matt.8:11,12; It does not seem like all are happy about it.

I definitely think it'll be destroyed by man. Mabe not anytime soon, but if we as humans continue to pollute the earth the way we are doing so as I'm typing this...well then the only people we have to blame is ourselves.
Ever heard of the Ozone Layer? - Part of earth's protective atmosphere. It filters out harmful UV rays from the sun, so we have less chance of developing things such as skin cancer. However, some pollutants - take cars, for example - pollute the air daily and in a very large way, considering most of the working society owns cars, some own more than just one too.
Pollutants are damaging to the ozone layer (which is extremely important for life on earth). There is even a hole in the ozone layer, and it will grow just as long as people continue to over-pollute the environment. It's more damaging than you would think.
Would you rather the world as we know it will come to an end and know your great great great great (you get the point) grand children don't have the chance to enjoy life...or would you rather take a bike to work, getting mroe exercise in the process and have the earth be a safe, healthy place?
Yes, I'm aware some people can't ride bikes for various reasons (arthritis, wheelchairs, obesity, etc.) but for those of us who /can/ it shouldn't be a problem.
Hope my opinions helped you find your answer! You dont' have to have the same views as me.

The Earth is simply too large and too indestructible to be destroyed by man - the innards of the Earth are made of pure iron.
The Earth will be destroyed in about four billion years when the Sun runs out of hydrogen, and begins to burn the helium in the Heliosphere. The sun will grow so large its surface will extend out to our world and burn it up.
Revelation describes the end of humanity - not the end of all things of this universe. Its "new Jerusalem" is a heavenly realm. Our end could come at any time, and will probably come at our own hands...

No one except God knows when, but the end of this system of things will be during Armageddon, which is not a war between man, but God's war to rid the earth of evil, much like he did with the flood during Noah's day. Jehovah promised that the meek would inherit the earth and would reside forever upon it, so the earth itself will not be destroyed, but the wicked in it. When Armageddon starts, the Bible says that man will not be able to mistake that the signs are from God, so the United States won't be able to say "it's Russia", or China can't say "the Iranians started it!" It will clearly be God's holy war against evil.

Biblical. Man will stand against God, and in the beginning, each other. This is when the second coming of Christ occurs. The reason for this, for all of it, is to show that man needs God, and that we can have a personal and fulfilling relationship with Him! ;)

The world will end when the sun goes super nova. Man might disappear from the planet long before that, but that's definitely how it will end.

Instead if asking whether man or god will destroy the world, why not both? Maybe God's plan is to have humans destroy themselves...
Read the book of Revelations...

Know one knows when the world will end. only God and Jesus do. they're the ones planning it. I wouldn't know, but i think a biblical end would be better.... it's a lot more dramatic!

Neither, the world will end when the sun explodes. I suppose we could wipe ourselves out but, that wouldn't destroy the Earth, just humanity.
