If your sister is "getting you in trouble" it probably means she is telling on you when YOU get in trouble. If YOUR actions are what is getting you in trouble then quit it!! Unless your parents are morons I think they probably have good judgment over who did what. If your sister is setting you up for trouble then you , her, and your parents need to talk it out and get to the bottom of it. Again though, I would bet YOU are the one responsible for the trouble. Smartin up!!

Avoid her. Just don't be social with her. Don't talk to her. Even to yell at her or anything. The silent treatment. When your parents ask you why, simply tell them, I'm tired of being in trouble so I just avoid the situation all together until my sister is mature enough to be my friend and not my enemy. Also, talk to your parents when they are not angry and tell them how you feel.

Stop giving her fuel for her fire. If she is instigating and tricking you into doing something wrong then tell on her before you slip up.
Talk to your parents about this issue and maybe they can come up with a plan to make things run a little more smoothly between you and your sister.

Is she just getting you into trouble for nothing? Or are you really causing trouble? Kids love to "tattle-tail" It's a habit for them. Learn to either tell your parent's shes lieing, or just simply stop doing bad things.

find a way to get her into trouble. Or if u know something bad that she does tell her u will tell on her if she tells on u. That way u both stay out of trouble.

what does she do that you get into trouble? try talking to your parents. If that doesn't work try talking to another trusted adult about what's going on and ask them to talk to your parents. Sometimes parents will only listen to other adults before they listen to kids.

you will never be able to stop her. You have to face the facts. She will never change, but you can . You can not let it bother you. Change yourself and she'll probably get bored with it with no reaction from you and then she'll stop

Do the same back. Give her a taste of her own medicine. One day she'll mess up too.
