the shaking or vibration do you feel it on the steering wheel or drive line, it could be a defective tire or curve damage, feel the tire with your hands all the way around see if you feel a bump, it doesnt have to be big bump to make your car shake, it cant be the rotors because it always shakes, and drive line vibrates only in between certain speeds, so it is defently you tires either some one hit a curve and are not telling us or defective tire.

I drive a 94 explorer and have worked on cars for 10 years. If it vibrates upon acceleration then it is your drive shaft. If at all times then go back to tire shop have them rebalance the tires and see if the machine was out of calibration or maybe you slung a weight off the wheel. If it still exist then the radius arm bushings are real common on these vehicles duew to the twin i beam suspension. FYI: alignments do not cause vibration they cause abnormal wear on tires which in return the tires will vibrate

uneven pressure would cause problems, some serious, especially with explores i think but thats not likel;y the cause for a shake. uneven pressure would make the car pull to one side and maybe even cause a fire. and cost your precious miles per gallon. i would check your lug nuts on each tire making sure they are tight. if so then you may have an alignment problem but it's not likely that it would have started this bad shake without and event such as hitting a curb really hard or something like that. the next logical step is to have the steering linkage checked. whatever you do though, do it quickly. good luck

It depends on when it shakes or vibrates, you said at all speeds??does it shake at idol almost like it is shivering, while your sitting still. If so you likely have a miss.this is common on explorers several things can cause a miss some of the most common are plug wires, plugs, and a bad coil pack. the coil packs can loose a tower which makes it run one cylinder down.and it gives you a nasty vibration as well as a loss of power.

You are using bad gas. And you might need to use some fuel injector cleaner.
