Please tell them its not hygenic and bad manners.And disgusting too.They spit in the street,they spit when people passing,right at your feet,they spit,here there and everywhere.Could they at least spit into a tissue,oh no.Could they go aside and do it .oh no.but they have no shame.Some of them even work in restaurants and spit where they cooking the food you eat.Beware. the spitters!!!

Like I said in the other question about this.....
Sometimes people have no choice but to*, so it shouldn't be outlawed provided they aim for a drain at the side of the road rather than the actual pavement it's self.
There are FAR, FAR worse things people do in the streets, like not clean up after their Dog or Horse after it's crapped in the street, for instance.
* e.g. if they get a greenie work it's way in there...... or perhaps when it's bucketing with rain outside, and you kinda end up sucking in the rain water pouring down your face out of reflex (that stuff tastes 'orrible) + doing certain activities can cause a bit of a build up of it, and it's better (and SAFER) to spit it out than swallow it and have it go down the wrong way..... that hurts like hell (worse still if you've been sucking on a mint).

On the one hand, it's illegal so they're cheating.
On the other hand, Gaylord Perry always seemed like such a personable guy that it's hard not to consider his spitball as 'personality'. I always liked him, even if he did throw the spitter.
On the third hand, why is the spitter illegal, anyway. It takes enough skill to actually control one that there wouldn't be very many pitchers capable of throwing it even if it were legal.
On the fourth hand, the catcher and fielders probably don't appreciate having to throw a ball that has a 'foreign substance' on it.

Being spit on is extremely degrading.
I don't imagine the ground you spit on appreciates being degraded that way.

it literally gags me to see someone spitting in public. They need to be stopped, given a ticket or arrested for such a disgusting habit.
