i hate when people refute god's existence. These people believe that they are random mistakes. How then can you be sure that you can reason adequately with a brain that is a mistake? You have to remember that we have limited understanding, so don't try to explain God's essence with pitiful human logic.

yes we all have limited understanding. It is not by human effort that we can understand God since we are blinded by sin, but by the Holy Spirit reaching to us and guiding us to the truth. That is how I know what is true.

LOL Yeah, let's all just quit thinking, and god will take care of everything, huh? Reminds me of those super religious people that wouldn't even take their kids to the doctor, because they were going to pray for a miracle. Of course the child died from complications.

It's funny how religious people will only count on the science that they need, but refute the science that disagrees with their myth.

If you truly believe that man has knowledge of right and wrong, and has the capacity for "free will", then it is undeniable that man can also think and reason.

Who are you to refute God's non-existence? How can you be certain that you "got it right"? You only have a book of fables to rely upon. There is no absolute proof that the events, stories, fables, and people contained in the bible is real. Furthermore, there is no proof that a burning bush is more of a god than a brick and a piece of gum.

While it is true that human knowledge, as demonstrated by this thread, is limited, it is undeniable that knowledge and understanding continue to grow through curiosity and exploration. Our knowledge is increasing!

We've put a man on the moon, a probe on Mars, a satellite into deep space. We've created nano-technology, logos using atoms, have created nuclear energy, built buildings taller than the tower of Babel. We have cured diseases that God could have done with a snap of his holy fingers (but, you'll note: he didn't -- probably due to his "divine wisdom" or some other convenient excuse).

Explain to me how it is that our fragile, feeble minds are unable to understand concepts that we now-perceive as insurmountable, when it seems like only yesterday our knuckle-dragging ancestors worshipped the sun, were afraid of the moon, and lived to be a mere 40 years old.

Limited understanding is the result of burying your face in an arcane text and taking it too literally. Limited knowledge is denying yourself the ability to read between the lines, to understand your stories and fables and teachings beyond the obvious. The facts and logic, speak for themselves. Your intolerance, ignorance, and lack of faith in a brain created by your creator is a disgrace! Again, who are you to question his work?

Take away the bible, religion, and church and you have no leg on which to stand.

And don't try to explain Gods Existence with your pitiful human logic either. Not believing in God does not mean we think we are random mistakes, that is just your rhetoric. You should read more before you start condemning others beliefs...THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE!

Where is your question here? I would love to explain how brain, muscle, and other specialized organs/cell structures evolved without the help of anything but physics, but I fear you would not want to listen. You hate when people refuse God's existence? Well I hate when people do not care to listen to reason and logic. It drives me nuts. Don't worry about praying for me. You probably waste enough time already on religion.

Doesn't your God teach you not to hate? I do not think I am a random mistake. I am loved and happy without believing in God. I have no intention of trying to explain God's essence to you as I don't believe in it.

I don't believe I'm a random mistake...A random mistake is like when two cells don't completely split resulting in siamese twins. I don't believe in a god, I need proof before I believe anything. Can anyone show me proof? We, as humans are simply a product of evolution!

Well, by your statement you are doing the same but in reverse. See you are telling others that God exists and you yourself are a human. So, if you suffer the same limitations in relation to a God as those whom differ from your belief, how is your opinion any more valid?

Comment here ... You should show more love than you are if you're a Christian. I am and I do not agree with your approach here. "I hate when people refute god's existence.... " First, that's your right. However, to make that statement appears as though you're attacking "non-believers". I truly don't think that Almighty God/Jesus would agree with your attack.
