I'm twenty, so it wouldn't be statutory rape or anything like that. He doesn't act like he's thirty six, just want some other opinions.

When I was younger, I went out with a guy that was about 20 years older than I was. We loved eachother to no end, and it was amazing. I don't think that anything is wrong with that.

There's nothing wrong with dating someone older than you, no matter by how much, really. If he doesn't act like he's 36 and you two act about the same age, I would say go for it, there's no problem there. I'm actually used to dating older women, and I'm 19.

I'm 22 and the guy i'm dating is 38. He's amazing and is soo much more on my level then any guy i know thats around my age. Your over 18 so its not statutory rape. My advice to you is go for it, what can you lose?

GO for it. I am 34 and I would be interested in a 20 year old. The problem is that you would still acting childish for someone in that age.
Everytime I meet a 20 year old she seems to be acting like a 10 year old, screaming and running around and going to her freinds and wispering and pointing at me - childish stuff. If you and him can meet in the middle say 27ish -responsibility wise, that might work - if you want to act like a 20 year old with him it won't last.

Dating someone older can be fun but don't get too serious too fast. Older men tend to be more interesting and fun but they have views about things that us younger girls don't understand. Trust me I'm in a relationship with a guy who is 9 yrs older. I really like being with him but sometimes I feel like he is too needy. My friend is married to a man who is 12 yrs older and she says that they get younger girls that they think they can mold into the woman they want. Be careful!

im 27m and a 36 year old woman wants me as a husband... she loves me and wants to marry me and i asked her and she said yes but she has 2 girls under 15. The girls like me and i like women or men younger than me also...to me i dont care how old or young you are as long as you like the person and can deal with it in a good manner.
