Do a yahoo search for "dog modeling agencies".

First, your dog should either be an unusual breed or have some extra skills. (There are thousands of Golden Retrievers already.)

Second, your dog must be friendly and VERY well trained. At the very least, he has to sit and stay off-leash while you are across the room and sometimes out of sight, while there are a dozen other things (and sometimes other animals) moving around. And he has to do it over and over and over and over for a dozen takes or more.

Third, you have to live near NY City or Los Angeles or be willing to travel to where the commercial is being made.

You are only paid for the time you work. Dogs in commercials don't get residuals; they are considered property, not actors.

I would call the manufacturer of your dog food, and ask them if they would like to use your dog in an ad.
GOOD LUCK. They probably get over a million calls a year about this kind of thing. Everyone thinks his/her own
pet is the most adorable thing God ever made.
But: does everyone else agree with you on that?
