which service are you using...

Hotmail/AOL/Yahoo/Gmail all have spam and junk folders (usually listed on the left side of the page)

Click on that...and all your spam will be there

For the future, add the email address of whoever you want to recive it from in you safe list .

If you use Outlook or Outlook Express then forget it. You need to go direct to your web-based mail and login there.
The Outlook & Outlook Express programs do not access the bulk folder on your email providers' server - only the Inbox.

Also - Outlook and especially Outlook Express are prone to problems. I know this as I work for a Broadband provider and deal with these email through Outlook or Outlook Express problems every day!
These two programs are obsolete in my eyes - unless, of course you are so far behind the times that you are still using a 56k dial-up connection, and only want to pay for your time online.
With ADSL, your connection is (or should be!) 24/7 so why not go direct and send & recieve your emails from there?
Another point is - it is safer and more reliable too.

Go to the junk mail & click the mail & then move to inbox. It will ask if you want all future mails from that source to go to the inbox & say yes to that.
