Testicles vary in size, according to temperature, sexual activity, and dozens of other factors. The quickest way to increase your testicle size is to take L'Argenine protein capsules with DHEA tablets. 400 MG L'Argenine and 25 MG DHEA. Takes about two weeks and your testicles will start to enlarge and your sex drive will increase.

I love it when people who have not gone to medical school give medical advice. They don't know how ridiculous they sound.

Small testicles are not genetic, nor are they a sign of a hormonal deficiency. Testicular size varies from men to men and the cause is not known, thus making the variation normal.

You are fairly young and it is not abnormal for men your age to have sparce facial and body hair. Maybe this is the way that you will be. The best way to know if you have an adequate amount of male hormone is to do a blood test. Aside from this, a man your age should have pubic hair which is coarse and full, underarm and some leg hairs. Also, a sign of the presence of testosterone is to have an "adams apple" and to have gone through voice change.
