British people - how much do you know about Mormons?

Question

Give me three facts about this church. The best answer will be one where all the facts are actually true. Extra points for anyone who knows the correct name of the church too.

Actually I could go on suffice to say that there are quite a few Mormons in the UK and have been since the 19th century.

Only Mormon Fundamentalists believe in polygamy. Joseph Smith was the founder, aided by the angel Moroni. There are more members of this church than Jews in the world.

Very silly people who think that they will, if they are extra good, become gods themselves, then go and have lots of celestial sex and populate their own planet lol, also, in thier temples, they carry out the same rituals as satanists, masons etc, and you get to wear special underpants!!
The only thing in this church that is Jesus is the name, Jesus came to do away with religion, not make a new one! Specticles, testicles, wallet and watch does not get you into heaven, doing good works does not get you into heaven, nothingyou can do of yourselves, your own righteousness-which is like filthy rags in the eyes of God, will not get you there either, you are wasting your time. Only accepting Gods grace through Jesus Christ by what He did on the cross will get you there. Everything else is just pissing in the wind.

I'm also British and haven't a clue. All I think I know is that it constitutes some branch of Christianity. But why you interested? Is it to laugh and point at our feeble ignorance? I've always thought of this as a curious name to give to a religious group because it's a little bit too close to "Morons". Thanks anyway for educating me with this mini forum.
