Find a new woman.
The woman you only see now & then, every few years will always be perfect in your mind because you have not spent enough time with her to find her flaws.
Forget her & the fantasy. Get a real woman with flaws, wrinkles & settle down with her.

it sounds like she moved on but you are still obsessed. I think you need to get over her. Try meeting other women and getting out more, keeping busy, and avoid activities/places that remind you of her as much as possible.
If you care about her, you should let her get on with her life and not mess it up.
