If he has been signaling at you then that means he likes u! Does your friend know about this? IF she does good! if not then tell her that he has been giving you signals!

well...i think that you should get your friends consent first cause that is like the number one friend rule to never go out with there ex's unless its ok with them...and if its ok with her then go for it and if not and the guy really likes you then wait a while and then go for him
