We sit near each other everyday we have never talked, when my friend told her i liked her she just sat there starring at my friend with a little smile, we have sat near each other many times.her friends alawys ask me if i like her and i alawys cath her looking at me and following me during school.

Prolonged eye contact, or even intermittent contact usually indicates interest. You did not say what grade you are in... Anyway, you have nothing to lose by asking her out. If you want it to be very casual, you can invite her to do some group activity with you but don't just ask her to "hang out" There will be plenty of time for that later. Have something specific planned and ask her to join you. Think about what your interests are and where you feel most comfortable and let that be your guide... Best of luck!

Ask her if she'd like to go out for a coffee/tea/pop sometime not a date just as a friend and see where it goes from there. If she likes you she''ll respond and maybe you get a girlfriend sooner than you know.

Why dont u try telling her how u feel? it always works for me and it sounds kinda like u both like each other! if u tell her and she likes u back then it will be worth the risk. And if love is a risk u should be willing to take it.
