Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

Don't do it.
If you can speak to these people and merely tell them something they said hurt you, that's all right. Don't write a letter and suggest they are arrogant, mean, etc. That will only make them defensive.
And especially don't do anything while you are feeling hurt, angry or resentful. Writing a letter because someone insulted you is never a good idea, even a worse idea when you want to be the image of Jesus. 1st Peter told us....when He was insulted, He did not even open His mouth.

Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
Isaiah 13:11 ...I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and I will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Heb 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
That verse should cover a multitude of selfish attitudes.
Romans 12:3 is another great verse.

Romans 11:20 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid.

www.biblegateway.com will give you many answers. Be careful you do not use these answers against another person.
Here's a nice one: Do not judge others, for you shall bring judgement upon yourself and be judged on your own scale.... remove the stick from your own eye before you tend to the speck in your neighbor's eye, for if you remove your own first, you shall see better to help your neighbor.

"Better is one who is patient than one who is haughty in spirit. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones.” (Ecclesiastes 7:8, 9)
"Â doing nothing out of contentiousness or out of egotism, but with lowliness of mind considering that the others are superior to YOU, Â keeping an eye, not in personal interest upon just YOUR own matters, but also in personal interest upon those of the others". (Philippians 2:3,4)

If you want to use scripture as a weapon you might want to check your own heart first. Pray very hard that your enemy does not change you to become like him.
