I almost always wake up around 7 or 8. Life is much mush sweeter when you can wake up whenever you do. I wish I could sleep 'till 11 or so every day. Then be really really rested and have lots of energy like when I was a teenager. That would be best.

I absolutely hate getting up before 6 am, but on those rare occasions when for whatever reason I must... and I'm showered and ready to face the world at oh, about 15 after 6... Man, that California sunshine shimmering over Mt. Diablo, and over the silent whirr of a handful of cars driving down the 680 freeway... This place is gorgeous!! (But, then again, I only see it like this, about four times a year)

Whether working or not, I always wake up around 6 a.m.--then I can go ahead and get ready for work, or maybe go back to bed around 7 and sleep until about 9. Those mornings when I can go back to sleep like that, the morning hours seem to be my soundest sleep.

5 AM is my M-F wake up. But usually on the weekends I love to sleep until around 8-8:30 VIVA La WEEKEND

I actually like to wake early, but only when i can wake feeling refreshed. Between 0630-0700 on a clear day, with the breeze blowing in my window is great.

I love to stay up late and watch lifetime movie network . I love to sleep in till about 12 or 1 pm.. I feel so refreshed sleeping in...
