load up on the multivitamins and go to a real doctor. if you're younger than 20 that does not sound normal. could be a weird disease or a simple vitamin deficiency....

It is totally normal. Sometimes I think I'm losing so much that I should be bald, lol. But really, you ARE shedding. A little hair falls out all the time and you have new growth to replace it. No biggie.

You sound like you have the same problem I used to have. I went to my dr and she told me that my hair was shedding alot bc of lack of protein. She had told me the name of a good shampoo to get but I don't remember the name of it. Since I got pregnant my hair stop shedding but hasn't started getting thick again.

lots of things cause hair loss. The list is quite varied. causes can be diet, medicines, stress, deficiencies, thyroid or other medical conditions, hormonal imbalances. it can be severe--I would check this list and if you feel it is quite a lot quickly, I recommend seeing a doctor. You hair will tell you everything about your body.

Hair falls out for many reasons. It may be think so it's too heavy for your head. You may possibly have a health issue that needs to be addressed, or you may simply be under stress.

Increase the amount of protein you are consuming. If your diet does not have enough protein (meat, cheese, milk and eggs) your hair will fall out.
