One of the symbolic names of Christ.
By the way there really is a rose called that.

The only place Rose of Sharon appears in the Bible is in the Song of Solomon - which is clearly a lengthy erotic love poem. The phrase appears at 2:1, and is an obvious trope to describe the beauty of the speaker's lover.

Rose of Sharon. Sharon is a plain...a location within Israel that was known for it's beautiful & fragrant roses. Currently it grows oranges.
It is a symbolic name for the L-RD.
