That could be any number of serious infections she probably needs some antibiotics I wouldn't wait to get her to a doctor.

Could be an infection called thrush. It needs antibiotics to clear up. I would call the Dr. before it gets worse.

I would take her to the doctor, only a professional can tell you what's wrong, also check her temperature. There are lots of viruses going around, don't take the chance.

i think that is a yeast infection of the mouth, and it isnt as disgusting as it sounds but does need medical attention

Take her to the dr. asap it sounds like thrush and it is very contagious.
