I would fall at his feet and thank him for his Sacrifice, Grace and Mercy, as none of us are really worthy, yet he loves us.

Honestly... I'd be speachless in his glorious presence. I mean, what can you really say to the almighty? Everyone who answered would be speechless as well. We really have no idea of the power and love he possesses.
Think about those people who meet their favorite celebrity. They get all nervous and don't know how to act.
Now imagine that feeling multiplied by 1,000,000,000,000 times.
I think we all would just stare in awe.

I would fall upon my knees. If I could possibly open my mouth I would plead with Him for forgiveness for my sins and living in the flesh. For not obeying Him when He has called me, and for not understanding His Word to the extant that I should. I know that I would not have one word to justify myself, except that of the blood of His Son Jesus Christ, but He would know that. For I am marked with that price.

God doesn't judge. God loves everyone. As far as what I would say to him, probably "Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins."

You don't need to say a thing - God knows what you're thinking, he knows what you would say, and there's no excuse you can make. If he asked me to make one statement to end on, I think i'd make it 'i'm sorry'.
