Spitting in someone's face then saying a racial statement would probably get the job done. This is definitely the fastest.....but the most effective is to kill them with kindness.

Well the easiest way i find to anger people is when i ignore them and ask them to repeat what they said multiple times. usually they get pissed off when u ignore them, but i dont think this is the quickest way just an easy way.
But if i had to think of something off the top of my head i would say the quickest way to anger someone is to punch them in the face, or if its your bf or gf or spouse tell them u cheated on them with their best friend gets them everytime.
then if u want the funniest way to anger someone i think u should choose bucking bronco, if you dont know what it is then you should learn about it and youll find it pleasurable and funny at the same time while frustrating the other person.

when playing ps2 or xbox or something and your playing against your bro or mates start losing on purpose then pull out the 2nd players pad and win watch them get pissed off esp when you taunt how easy that win was
