anima tua has to be in the ablative case, so it can't be choose your soul
same with animo tuo
Italian translators can help figure out the meaning of the words, but the spelling and especially the grammar have changed in 2000 or so years. Grammar is important in this situation.

Go buy a Latin dictionary. I could translate it but I would have to go look up the second verb.

It dont make sense, but according to Babelfish it`s "It directs Spirit Yours, Skin Mind yours" from italian to english (italian and latin are very similar)
