I'm Guadeloupean, French West Indian and I know this means "How are you?" or "What's up".
It litteraly means "What's going on?".

Well, Fabee said it all. I do speak creole and this is a phrase I use a lot mostly for saying "what's up?"

I'm French and can't speak Haitian. But it sounds like "What's going on?" or "That's what happened"
