I don't believe there is any way to tell if a girl has had anal sex - more importantly, why would you want to know - wouldn't that be between her and whoever she may have been with prior to you? If you are worried about going where some man has gone before, be smart and use protection. Truthfully, it is only her business and it will be her decision whether or not to tell you. If the relationship hinges on that answer, it's not worth pursuing.
