is it bad to be friends with your ex"s mom? even she tells me not to go back you her son, im on the phone with her now and i know my ex will get pissed if we talk but i just love to talk with her

if the two of you get along well (sound like you do) and enjoy talking with each other... there should be no problem at all... just because you're no longer with her kid... sounds like you've forged a nice friendship... stick with it

It's not bad. It can make things difficult and uncomfortable. But if you both still enjoy talking to each other, go ahead. I was good friends with some of my ex's family, but to keep things simple, I don't talk to any of them.
