I don't think there is any way at all. Superglue dries like solid cement or something. I know it comes off skin with sweat but hair doesn't sweat so...
Just try shampooing it and putting some conditioner on it, it might loosen it out. Or maybe try and break it up with your fingers and separate the hairs.

My mom does nails. All you have to do is get PURE ACETONE, take like a napkin put the acetone on it, then rub it in your hair where the superglue is. The acetone will dry out your hair, so get some really really good conditioner && leave it in twice as long!

Nail polish remover with acetone dissolves super glue, but I don't know what it will do to hair. And, for goodness sake, be careful, it's highly flammable.

You need to use turpentine my mom use to use this on me when I got tree sap in my hair be careful not to get it in your eyes.
