As long as its lip GLOSS (like chapstick) and not lip STICK, then it should be OK.

There are lots of stores have lots of cute flavored chapsticks for kids with Disney princesses or Dora the Explorer on them...check that out instead of lip gloss.

No she just wants to be like mommy I let my daughter wear chapstick and lip gloss all the time keeps her lips from getting chapped!

little girls love dress up and make up it is perfectly normal. just dont allow her to wear lip gloss the way an adult would. for instance, if you guys are about to get in the car to run errands and she stops to put on lip gloss first.....thats a problem. Also dont let her wear it to school (if she is in preschool) and definetly not in kindergarten.

Oh please, NO WAY! I loved playing dress up when I was little...I had play make up that i was not allowed to where out of the house but I was allowed to wear chap stick and lip gloss out. Its just fun. All kids wanna feel grown up. It doesn't actually make them a grown up.

uh yea...she has all her life to wear lip gloss!! If it's like chapstick i guess thats ok but even still that's weird. It's a step towards makeup

Little girls nowadays dress sluttier than me!
Enjoy your little girl while she still has her innocence.
By the time she's 18, it'll probably be fashionable to run outside the house naked anyway.

i think its fine..my little cuzin has been wearing lipgloss for a long time and she started wearing it at about that age...and she just luvs dressing up..i just wouldnt start putting on more makeup but lipgloss is fine!
