The only way to heaven is through repenting and asking Jesus to forgive you for your transgressions. Believe on the Lord Jesus and you WILL be saved. Salvation has nothing to do with your good deeds. Your good deeds neither obtain or retain eternal life. Your good deeds will determine the crowns (eternal gifts)you receive in heaven.

Why would you want to go to heaven, when it is the Earth that God has made for mankind?
** Psalm 115:16: "As regards the heavens, to Jehovah the heavens belong, but the EARTH he has given to the sons of men."
** Proverbs 2:21,22 - "The upright are the ones that will reside in the EARTH, and the blameless are the ones that will be left over in it."
** Psalm 37:29 - "The righteous themselves will possess the EARTH, and they will reside forever upon it."

Wow...loaded question as depending on how you believe (or how the person answering believes) the answer could be different. There is always debate about "universal salvation" and even about what that means as I have heard it described in completely different ways. Some say that salvation is given to all by the gift of God's grace while others say it is by acts (good works). There are other descriptions too.
In the end (no pun intended) of it all nobody on earth can really say for sure so for ME the answer is to believe in Christ and live life as "good" as a sinner can live. I do my best but often fall short, I am however always encouraged by my belief, faith in Christ and trust in God.
Blessings to you!

No one knows exactly HOW we will get there, but only those that love Jesus will be there.
The book of Revelation makes it sound like the New Jerusalem will decend from above (the universe) and God's dwelling will be with man here on earth.
So, I belive heaven will be here on earth...but it isn't here right now.
And, No, Not everyone that is alive will experience it. Only Christians will.

it can be as easy as ABC
First you have to A admit that you are sinner, you do bad stuff that God doesn't want you to do like curse, steal etc.
Second you have to B believe that Jesus died for our sins, Jesus Christ came down from heaven in the body of a man and died on the cross forgiving all people, before and after him, of their sins
Third you must C confess to Jesus that he died on the cross and he is the one and only God.
If you do all these things and believe it with all of your heart you will receive God's gift of eternal life and thengo to heaven when you die.

I haven't a clue.
My faith teaches us to not worry about heaven, but instead to focus our energy into helping others and repairing the world.

Go down Main 'till you get to the blue broke-down truck. Go past it and take a right at Henry's Service Station. Go 'bout two miles and it should be down there on your left just past Old Lady Bently's well.

By doing good karma one goes to heaven, bad, goes to Hell and by doing spiritual activities, one goes to the Lord's spiritual world.
