How do I convert a .iso file to a DVD-movie?

I have received a .iso file but I want to convert it to a move. When I open the file Roxio starts, but that does not help me.

.iso files are images of discs. You can use Nero to burn this image to disc. Roxio should also be able to do this, but i prefer Nero.
