The land that is known as America is the land of my ancestors, My people have always been here, we have lived and died here for as long as man has a memory. There is no place that I would go to. I would die defending my homeland. This is my country and I will not flee. A revolutionary sea captain said it best, I dont recall his name. " Give me liberty or give me death!"

Costa Rica.
1) Beautiful, intelligent people.
2) One of the highest literacy rates in the world.
3) The motto of the people is: "Pura Vida"
4) It's one of the few countries that welcome Americans.
5) Perfect weather year-round.
6) Fascinating geography and architecture.
7) The dollar is strong there, so your loot will go far.
Unfortunately, Costa Rica has an extradition treaty with the US, so you won't be completely safe from the authorities. James F compiled a list of countries that don't have extradition treaties in another yahoo answers post:Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bophuthatswana, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, China (People's Republic of China), Ciskei, The Comors, Cote d' Ivoire, Djibouti,Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Jordan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Maldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Oman, Principe and San Tome, Qatar, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Samoa, Yemen, Zaire, and Zimbabwe. (see source below)
Unfortunately, most of these countries are not great places to live. Extradition treaties are tenuous if you are applying for political asylum or have the support of the host country. See the Asia Times article below for more on that.

I love America!
I would stay and be persecuted.
The United States people are blessed with many benefits others lack. Free Education, good health care, government services and respect for one another's beliefs and customs.
I have been to 4 other countries, so I have seen some of the world. Everyone has good and bad including ours.
Also, I am sure many refugees in this country would agree.
this is a great place to bring your dreams to fruition.
Here is an good example of refugees here in America. This article may enlighten you.
This article may help you determine what to search for in a country if you had to flee.

Belieze!!! Wait, it depends, if you're going to screw it up than go somewhere else, but if not than Belieze. Got British Marines patrolling around the mainland & drug lord in walled compound, but the Islands are sweet. Nice little hammouck cute girl bringing frozen drinks while the sun sets over crystal clear warm water & a gourmet chef for later. Yep, Belieze, and it's cheap too!

Now this question is interesting because the current view of our leaders may very well force this to happen.
Where do you go when you are forced out of the country that is the cradle of freedom from the colonization from Mexico and La Reconquista forces land back to Mexico, and make no mistake, americans are not welcome as citizens there.
If that day comes you know who'll I'll be cursing out for letting it happen. There is no place to go, no country to return to like mexico would if they don't succeed. I guess I would die as a footnote as one of the last Americans before we were 'exterminated'.
At least that's how I understand your question.
