I agree with the first post, just call around and see.
I know the salon I used to work at offered Japanese Straightening, it was approximately a 6 hour process and they charged $450.00. That was in a rural area in Indiana, so I would assume that the more populated areas (cities) would charge considerably more.

Call the salons and ask if they have a hair straightener. It is like a curling iron, only instead of curling hair, it straightens it. Where we live, in CA, it is around $30 - $60 for a wash, cut and straightening.

Call all the hair salons in the area; I know that some hair salons in the Northeast offer it; I bet down south they would too...it is best to just call and ask.
