just found out my dogs have whip worms and that reinfestion rate is very high even with immediate clean up and rinse down. Looking for smothing I can add in the clean up process. Thought about a bleach solution, however will kill lawn and may irritate dogs. Any help in this area is greatly appreicated.

Not sure what you can use on the yard, but the vet can give you something to worm the dog with. You have to repaeat the wormings every 3 weeks for awhile I think. The worms need a live host to live, so they would not live in the yard/environment for long, so just wornings should kill the worms.
