Because watching porn can in a way allow someone to break sexual taboos without actually having to feel bad about doing it.

if it's an addiction - it's because they are trying to use porn to fill a hole within them... not what porn is "for"
Otherwise, porn has less "entanglements" than real people.

I think men have a bigger problem with this than women. Sexual problems like this is hard to conquer.
