I highly doubt any miracle, but in a sense it is true since God created nature and nature makes such changes.

if the change was with the dog in what color his/her poo was
from one to the next, then the answer is simply that you stopped feeding the dog milk. Milk turns dog poo yellow.

Yes....God and his almighty powers to turn water into wine and dog poop from yellow to black. I think there was actually something about that in the bible.... Ezekiel 25:17, was it??
