There is no formula, but I can tell you from personal experience that this average looking guy got a beautiful wife by being sincere, communicating openly, and caring more about her needs than my own. You can fake sincerity for a time, but eventually your true intent shows itself.
Also my formula for success is
1. Be yourself - (only more confident)
2. Come up with something funny to say
3. follow it up with a compliment

If she has a modicum of intelligence you do so by piquing her curiousity and holding her attention by being real and engaging. If her beauty is in fact only skin deep, keep her laughing, amused and entertained. In some cases the two forms can be interchanged and/or intermingled for a most positive outcome.

I like to know why do guys alway pick girls out that they have no chance with... no offence but I have a guy friend who does the same thing and is asking me this exact same questions!

I know this may sound rediculous, but being yourself can be the most attractive thing in the world. If you pretend to be someone you are not...you will be doomed to failure because you will never be comfortable with that person enough to let your guard down. If you want a real relationship, you want someone who will love you for who you are.

just act natural and don't be fake. If she's a true beautiful woman, she'll want you over the jerks that fall head over heels for her and then use/abuse her!

its the eye of the beholder.....she may not think you are average looking. and you may think she's beautiful and she doesn't think so. it goes both ways. i don't see myself that good looking but everyone else sees it.

Never Assume she is taken but don't touch her like shes single. c. make it clear that it isn't all about her, you have needs to. d. when you first have sex with her, don't make her feel like she is a goddess...she hates being held like shes glass, she likes being roughed around during sex
