Like the girl in the top said, they always told me to trim my hair every 2 weeks. And also keeping your hair up on pony tail or something it help it grow faster for some reason. That works on me.Also something that has helped me is using MAYO on your hair. but your regular mayonnaise at any store, and put it on your dry hair, not wet for about 3 times a week, and leave it in for 1 hour, and then you rince it of. It is wonderful.....

I spent diverse time both learning and sorting out this. inclusive of the very incontrovertible truth that i'm a qualified cosmetologist. No bottle that announces "grows hair" is real. As printed the hair boom is began from interior of and each and each human being hair on your head is turning out to be at a distinct price. pills are the great theory yet diverse the intense priced **** will do precisely what a purchase one get one bottle of biotin will do. also, for the fool that announces cutting your hair month-to-month is unnecessary, do not stick with that. We commend such to provide up the chop up ends. If no longer observed with an standard hair cutting agenda (which in case you do so the most which will be chopped is a a million/2 in, if that) you're chop up ends will proceed up your hair. causing that nasty hair that you won't be able to even call lengthy because it only frizzles out on the top. That or, only consistent breakage, which no one needs. And no, there is no different treatment to a chop up ends except cutting them off.

If you want longer hair that fast, then maybe you should consider extensions. Otherwise, make sure you're getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet and drink a lot of water. Don't brush your hair too often, that's a myth about it making your hair grow faster and it can actually cause damage.

You can't make it grow longer than it can. Just make sure you keep your ends clipped regularly, and use some kind of strenghthening shampoo and conditioner. I suggest something in Pantene. Also brush your hair often to penetrate the scalp.
