The ONLY way is to get a marriage visa from the BCIS (the old INS) under the Dept. of Homeland Security.
She can come here for 90 days and if you don't get married within that time, she has to go home or she becomes an illegal and you get in trouble.
Trust me, I married a Russian. It's a long process, too. And don't get married over there, you'll just make things worse.

She needs to know that you aren't going to abandon when she moves to the States. I would say if you want her to make a drastic change like that, you should marry her. Not only will it make her legal here, it will show a committment and will make her want to live with you.

Marry her. It is common knowledge that if you marry an American citizen, you cannot be deported. That is pretty much the only simple way.

ask her? I'm not sure, but I'd think I'd want the other person to decide to move to America on their own...not be made.
